The Bernese Mountain Dog

The Bernese Mountain Dog is an aristocratic dog and is one of the most attractive types of Swiss working dogs. Its coat is soft and silky with a thick undercoat. The coat is always black, with white patches on the head, chest, legs and the tip of the tail. The black and white on the legs and cheeks is separated by a chestnut or tan colour. They are strong, robust dogs. Adult bitches have a shoulder height of 58 to 66 cm and males 64 to 70 cm. Both sexes weigh about 40 to 44 kg.

Material properties of Corten steel
