The Doberman

The Doberman is a fairly large, powerful, but elegant animal. Its coat is soft, short and can have different colors such as brown, black, blue or fawn with rust-colored spots. It has a proud body posture and therefore reminds one of a thoroughbred horse. An adult male is about 69cm high and an adult female 65cm. Fully grown they weigh about 32-45kg.

Material properties of Corten steel

Our metal animals are made of weather-resistant corten steel, this material will, over time, get a characteristic rust-brown color due to the weather influences due to the oxide layer that forms. This oxide layer protects the underlying material all year round. This way, this metal Dobermann remains protected for years. Just like all other corten steel decorations that we supply, this metal dog is supplied in ''blank'' metal.
